When will my order ship?

Please allow 5-7 business days from the time you placed your order to be shipped out via USPS. Shipping times will vary based on location.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

All sales are final unless an item(s) arrives damaged. If an item comes to you broken or damaged, please contact via email using the forum above. Refunds will be issues after proof of damage item(s) are given via the original payment method used at checkout.

Where is my order?

Once items are sent via USPS, you will receive a tracking number. Please refer to the tracking number for all mail carrier updates. Once a package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of my control. If your order has not arrived after the estimated drop off item as states by USPS, please contact your local post office.
